We are looking for a Head of Product to join our Academy leading one of our core product lines: Digital Marketing.

Job requirements

Product Ownership

  • Work closely with Senior Leadership to set and align the strategy for our Digital Marketing line of business, develop and implement the roadmap and execute on the strategy
  • Take the lead on development of new classes and new content ensuring every new product delivers high impact, highly practical and in-depth learning outcomes based on market needs
  • Drive a robust cycle of continuous improvement with existing classes and ensure content is updated, format and delivery guidelines
  • Develop a portfolio of courses and programs in different formats (in-person, online-live, self paced and hybrid). Expand offering to include on-the-job training, continuous learning and a peer-to-peer mentoring program
  • Set and execute the yearly calendar of the Digital Marketing practice in-line with revenue requirements and portfolio-mix KPIs
  • Design and implement replicable processes across functions to enable the next phase of scaling
  • Prepare training collateral (such as pre-reading material, module summaries, presentations, exercises, quizzes, etc.)
  • Plan and oversee entire learning journey from pre-class, in-class experience, online material (through our LMS – Learning Management System), and post-class follow up
  • Ensure engaging, relevant and practical content is delivered across our public, free forums
  • Continuously iterate and develop new course material based on participant feedback and best practices

Trainer Management

  • Capacity planning, identifying future instructor demand and take proactive steps to find the best Trainer talent for our courses
  • Identify, recruit and onboard world-class high caliber instructors with practical expertise and a passion for spreading knowledge
  • Develop and execute training plan for existing and new instructors
  • Constant audit (in person, recording), feedback and coaching to ensure excellence in delivery and content expertise
  • Ensure that all instructors engage participants/client with a delivery style that is clear, dynamic, consistently practical and relevant

Sales and Business Development Support

  • Weekly and monthly pipeline review with sales team to stay on top of market demand/feedback and devise corrective/supportive actions including coaching on value pitching/product positioning, educational webinars/meetups to drive conversion, etc..
  • Work closely with Marketing team for maximum optimization of campaigns, messaging, targeting across product lines
  • Build a network of corporate partners through course participants
  • Identify and participate in corporate business development initiatives to identify large scale opportunities for Digital Marketing upskilling programs

Alumni and Community Development

  • Accountable to deliver an unrivalled Alumni experience, through:
    • Sharing relevant resources, organizing high value-add events and other opportunities
    • Identifying and engaging experts in the Digital Marketing community as guest speakers and trainers
    • Delivering a constant flow of high value webinars/meetups with new instructors

Role Requirements
This role is for you only if:

  • You are a real practitioner with more than 7 years of track record applying and developing your digital marketing skills across platforms and industries, you love the topic and want to continue to learn more yourself
  • You have a typical “T” profile where you can switch from setting high-level strategy then dive deep into detail where required on certain aspects of digital marketing. This is *not* a role for people who can only operate at a high-level, we need both breadth and depth of expertise
  • You are passionate about teaching and supporting people’s careers and personal growth
  • You are well-spoken and are very comfortable in front of large groups and senior executives
  • You are a supportive manager and a diligent process owner with impeccable attention to detail and optimization focus
  • You have a high bar and big ambitions for yourself and for the work you do
  • You take personal accountability for delivering excellence yourself and through others
