Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a technical degree in Information Technology /Computer Science, having at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in U.A.E., with the following qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills
– The ability and enthusiasm to generate leads
– Setting meeting and appointments
– Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing, important documents and communicating relevant information
– Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
– Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and in a timely manner
– Prepare proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and regular follow up documents
– Flexible and responsible
– Familiar with and able to use Slack communication software
– Project & Project Team Management skills
– Ability to work under stress with good time management skills
– Capable of meeting monthly targets and KPIs
– Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
– Administrative and Clerical tasks
– Excellent command and fluency in both English and Arabic languages
– Valid U.A.E driving license
