serVme is looking for highly motivated people who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and thrive on the challenge!

Responsibilities include:

  1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via e-mails, telephone, and face-to-face and service any client requests;
  2. Properly set up accounts, launch with clients, and maintain relationship with clients;
  3. Continuously maintain an excellent relationship with clients and support the business (if needed during the weekends);
  4. Provide trainings on all products and updates to client staff members when needed;
  5. Conduct market research and source information relevant to the industry;
  6. Maintain excellent relationship with clients meanwhile relaying feedback to team;

Requirements include:

  • At least 2 years work experience in Customer Service/Support and Business to Business Support positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • “Problem solver” with the ability to work simultaneously on various projects and bring resolution to problems independently
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Enjoys to work in an exciting and challenges environment;
