We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to build and manage the sales team, lead the Customer success department, in addition to grow the key strategic accounts in the hospitality business.
His/Her main and key responsibilities are:
- Develop lead generation, set and meet sales targets and KPI’s for the team;
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members by providing guidelines and adhering the team to targets, timelines, and client satisfaction;
- Supervise the business, clients, and team to ensure client needs are met with the highest standards and expectations;
- Conduct outdoor sales for key strategic clients to promote company products and sell the services;
- Build and maintain strong and key relationships with all clients;
- Coordinate with cross functional departments to engage support for activities aimed to drive business growth (Tech, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate)
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement;
- Collaborate with departments for sales technology initiatives;

- You will be skilled identifying new business opportunities to drive additional revenues for the firm.

- Engage in a company culture that encourages work hard/play hard ideology
- At least 5 years years of experience in outdoor sales and managing a team;
- Self-motivated with proven ability to perform well under pressure and against goals and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal English skills,
- Excellent communication, listening, and training skills with strong attention to detail
- Must be skilled in CRM sales/ productivity systems;
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Team and motivational leader; and
- An advantage if you have worked in a tech company/ restaurant operations!
