Responsibilities include:

  1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via e-mails, telephone, and face-to-face and service any client requests;
  2. Properly set up accounts, launch with clients, and maintain relationship with clients;
  3. Continuously maintain an excellent relationship with clients and support the business (if needed during the weekends);
  4. Provide trainings on all products and updates to client staff members when needed;
  5. Conduct market research and source information relevant to the industry;
  6. Maintain excellent relationship with clients meanwhile relaying feedback to team;


  1. At least 2 years work experience in Customer Service/Support and Business to Business Support positions
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  3. Attention to detail;
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills;
  5. “Problem solver” with the ability to work simultaneously on various projects and bring resolution to problems independently
  6. Must be skilled in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
  7. Enjoys to work in an exciting and challenges environment;
  8. Fun and outgoing character!; and
  9. Multi-lingual is an advantage.
