As part of the Ops and BD team you will be a core driver in ensuring RentSher’s success in the region. You will receive coaching from senior leadership with past experience from top consulting firms and retail industry. The Ops and Business Development Executive will assist the Director of Supplier and Customer Relations on the following:

  • Website content management: Managing the product portfolio on RentSher’s website by uploading / editing products with description, images etc. linked to RentSher’s SEO / SEM strategy
  • Customer operations: Responding to customer inquiries and calls, assisting them in the rental process and converting inquiries to orders
  • Order execution: Identifying and assigning suppliers for customer orders and following up through order execution
  • Product curation: Creating curated packages by bundling products from multiple suppliers and marketing them through various channels
  • Campaign creation: Providing input for campaign creation based on curated products, available supply, seasonal events etc
  • SEO/SEM support: Working closely with the digital marketing team to support SEO/SEM strategy
  • Social media management: Contributing to RentSher’s social media campaigns through regular posts on social media, following up for customer reviews on social media etc.

  • 0-3 years of experience with ability to work with individuals from diverse background
  • Education: Business / Marketing / IT degrees preferred but not mandatory
  • Basic MS office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English; Any other language such as Arabic, Hindi / Urdu, French etc. is added advantage
  • Communication skills: Strong written and oral communicaiton skills to manage interactions with customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of Dubai landscape i.e. local areas, customer preferences and cultural awareness
  • Valid UAE residency / GCC national
