Overview

Accountabilities

–        Responsible for new users’ acquisition through paid channels like Search, Social, Display Network

–        Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

–        Influence decisions like budget allocation, new channels utilization, upscaling/downscaling etc based on analytics data

–        Build audiences for acquisition and remarketing campaigns

–        Build strategy & launch campaigns to drive repetitive orders through CRM channels like Push, in-app message and email

–        Set up marketing automation campaigns

–        Use customer analytics tools to create tailored messages

–        Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

–        Brainstorm new growth strategies.

–        Provide inputs to creatives team based on performance

–        A/B testing on creatives

–        Set up marketing automation campaigns

–        Evaluate emerging technologies

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned with the approval of his/her direct manager.

Competencies

–        Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role specific to mobile applications

–        Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

–        3 or more years of experience

–        Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

–        Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

–        Skills and experience in creative content writing and creation

–        Good interpersonal and team working skills

–        Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
